Advice on this Hero

Midir is one of the best supports in the game. His combination of heals, buffs, debuffs, and resurrect allows him to be viable on almost any team. He is useful for:

  • Mostly everywhere in PVE
  • Mostly everywhere in PVP

He can be geared to fill the following roles: 

  • [Buffer/Debuffer] - This is the role you'll typically want Midir to fill. By putting him in Witchstone, he'll have 45% Haste and Power Buff on his A2, 45% Slow and Armor Break on his A3, and 30% Speed Bar Drain on his passive. Voidleather as his 2-piece set allows him to land his debuffs at a higher rate. 
  • [Off-Healer] - Midir can play the role of off-healer quite well. By putting him in Lifesilk, his A2 HoT can crit and essentially becomes a 15% health heal every turn. His A1 gets a 35% boost in healing power and a 35% chance to crit, and you also get a 25% chance to give a HoT to a random ally any time you use your A1 or A2.

He is a must-have and can be used in early, mid, and end game.
